Our presence in South Africa dates back to 1937, giving us decades of experience in manufacturing and supplying industrial packaging to the local market. Today, we operate facilities in Cosmo, Durban, and Vanderbijlpark, supported by a warehouse in Port Elizabeth—ensuring reliable supply, responsive service, and strong regional coverage.
Our customers depend on Greif for consistent quality, technical expertise, and packaging solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational risk. Our facilities produce UN-approved steel drums, large HDPE drums, and FSSC-certified HDPE jerry cans. Through our subsidiary, Tri-Sure, we also provide advanced lining, coating, and closure systems that meet the highest UN and food-grade standards.
