Greif, a global leader in industrial packaging products and services, is thrilled to announce the launch of the Greif Customer Portal (CDP), a digital platform designed to enhance the customer experience and streamline business operations. The Greif CDP is now available to customers of the Lavonia, Georgia; Lithonia, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Auburndale, Florida manufacturing facilities, with additional facilities set to join in 2024.
The Greif Customer Portal has been developed in collaboration with our valued customers, with the aim of making it easier and more efficient for them to do business with Greif. This innovative platform offers a range of features and benefits that will empower customers to optimize their operations, enhance productivity, and simplify processes.

Forecasting and Planning
Customers can now easily forecast and plan future production runs, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
Order Management
The portal gives customers real-time access to review open orders, track order status, and access shipping documents, enabling them to stay informed and in control.
Comprehensive Packaging Information
Customers can conveniently access packaging information, including product datasheets, certificates, and current and future pricing.
Online Ordering
Customers can now browse our product catalog by manufacturing facility, placing orders online with just a few clicks, and staying updated with the latest lead times.
The Greif Customer Portal aligns with our core strategy of providing legendary customer service. By leveraging this digital platform, we offer our customers a seamless and efficient experience, saving them valuable time and resources.
The Lockport, Illinois; Bradley, Illinois; and Van Wert, Ohio facilities will be the first to join the platform in 2024, extending the benefits of the Greif Customer Portal to a broader customer base.
Additionally, all North American GIP Facilities of Greif will be integrated into the portal by the end of 2024, further expanding the platform’s reach and enhancing service capabilities across the continent.
